Pehli baat toh I need to Thank ETSU for improving my Vocabulary . After hearing about them, I googled ki “Etsu” hota kya hai and got to know it means JOY in Japanese.
Ab aap sochenge ki why did I google ETSU?
Woh isliye Sahab kyuki few days pehle I received a message from Chef Gurjot jee about her Cookhouse @Etsu that creates & serves selective Asian and European meals.
She wanted to send us some food for feedback and humne bhi keh diya “Jo aapko theek lage bhej dijiye.”
On the appointed day 3 packets of Goodness arrived. Ab let me tell you the PACKING was perfect. 5 Star hotel type outer packing hai inki that tells you ki agar packing mein itni detailing hai then to khaane mein aur bhi zyada hogi.
For such Food Deliveries, I leave it to the Owner or the Chef to pick the menu. Better rehta hai nahi to mera aadha ghanta to bas menu decide karne mein hi lag jaata hai.
So the menu picked was BBQ Chicken Wings, Prawn & Chicken Siu Mai Dimsums, Chicken Stroganoff, and I added Chicken Khao Suey to it.
Khao Suey is a simple dish par for me, it’s like Dal Makhni of an Indian restaurant. You take one bite and aapko pata hai ki baaki khaana kaisa hoga.
So, Saara khaana garam kiya, Pics Liye and shuruaat Khao Suey se ki.
Ek ghoont andar and “WAAH” bahar. Andar tak tabiyat khush ho gayi. Baaki sab ke saath bhi na share karna hota, toh I would have been happy with just Etsu ki Khao Suey for Dinner. Itni mast thi.
Uske baad Number of BarBeQue Chicken Wings. Matlab Kya bolu, best hote hai na woh sports club waale, bas waise hi. The plate was licked clean with fingers and uske baad fingers ka bhi yehi haal hua 
Chicken Sui Mai Dimsums Perfect. Dekhne mein bhi, Khaane mein bhi and uska after taste bhi
Ab baari aayi meri Fav Chicken Stroganoff ki. I was introduced to this dish just 6 or 7 years back when I went to Breads & More GK for a relaxed Time akele. Just before I could order kuch, I saw a wonderful looking plate heading to the table where 2 beautiful ladies with long flowing hair were sitting. Dono ne hoops pehne the & believe me unke Hoops were bigger than the Bowl I just had Khao Suey in.
Bas humne bhi decide kar liya yeh hi khayenge.
I asked Server Bhaiya, ki yeh le aayein bina naam pooche.
Jo khaya usko khakar bahut maza aaya and I ensured to click the bill ki copy so that naam na bhool jaau. And uske baad kayi baar kayi jagah khaya. Can have one today also while writing this
Ab jab Chef Gurjot jee ne suggested menu mein Chicken Stroganoff likha to woh pyaari yaadein taaza ho gayi.
Let me just say that Stroganoff is a Russian Dish. The dish consists of Lots of veggies/meat in a Creamy Gravy served along rice. Baaki ki jaankari ke liye pls Google kare huzoor
It was a perfect meal, har sense mein. Perfectly Cooked
Ab kami thi to bas ek Cheesecake ki ya Baileys Ice Cream ki. Par woh to thi nahi, so humne Gurr ka ek chotta sa piece hi kha liya
It is wonderful to see so many Young entrepreneurs stepping into F&B to fulfill their dreams and mera Pyaar sabke saath hai. Asaan nahi hota to step in this tough world of Entrepreneurship and uppar se woh bhi F&B. Hai rabba.

I foresee them opening a barra sa Cafe soon and I shall relish the same menu over there within 2 years
