A newly introduced Spotlight Gastrobar in the heart of West Delhi’s Rajouri Garden with kickass interior and a smooth touch of American bar is a young, fun & friendly hangout spot. It is launched under Big Bang Hospitality Pvt Ltd formed by four partners Mr. Jaideep Chhatwal, Mr. Chandeep Chhatwal, Mr. Rajeev and Mr. Aakash Chander.
We were invited here for the short tour, and we came into spotlight.
Soup Saap Suno
We were welcomed with the delicious Crunchy Onion and Creamy Corn Soup which drove us to another level of tastiness. To be honest I am not a Soup guy but this soup is something which I have never had in my entire food journey. It was very thick and addictive. Also the Cream of Mushroom soup is what one should definitely have.
Those who are soup lovers, you gonna definitely go mad over this bit of pure love and those are not like me you gonna be fit into the category soon. You might make a loud sound while sipping to rejoice the moment, just like Indian things you know.
A Dreamland of Food
The moment when chef started serving us the dishes, I felt I chose the right job to be in. It was a crazy ride as we were floating like a leaf on the surface of Food Sea.
Baked Keema and Cheesy Macaroni were served with pure love as it has faultless chopped keema and when it melts in mouth, you want it to ask more.
Whiskey Chicken Wings is one of the major dishes which you can’t get in entire Rajouri with same taste. It compels you to close your eyes while munching and go ummm..
Haryani Murgh Tikka with a coat of mint is a complete pieces of love to satisfy your palate. Non Veg eaters will definitely love the taste.
Do not jump off; I know it is something which may hold you up till the last bite. This Grilled Stuffed Aloo is what I am talking about. Do not miss to have it if you are a vegetarian, and non veg people try to hold your hand coz it’s very yummy.
Karara Bites is one of their KFC Kinda section which serves crunchy and tasty Chicken and it makes your tongue go crazy.
Just another bite of Stuffed Cheese Chilies for vegetarians is a delight to talk upon as it tastes lovely.
And Chicken on Skewers is very juicy and flavorful.
One man platter, isn’t it sounding very filmy? Yes I am talking about the Main Course meal which we had. It includes Rice, Butter Chicken and Dal Makhani along with Naan or Stuffed Parantha. Dal Makhani will come in every platter you order.

To make yourself refresh and chill around this hot summer, you need to go through the soft beverages menu. From Mango Pineapple cooler, Virgin Mojito, Frozen Kaala Khatta to Watermelon cooler, they all are well priced to satisfy all your needs. Also they were presented very well.
