How do you feel when your Favourite Cricket Player hits a century?
You are filled with lots of energy, excitement, and cheerfulness. Hai na?
So bas aisa hi hua when I received the Invitation from Barbeque Nation to be part of their celebrations of crossing 100 outlets.
The event was to be held at Barbeque nation, Ambience Mall Outlet and guess what Humare Pyaare Chef Vikas Khanna was supposed to be there.
The celebration was combined with a special cause #GrillForACause initiative along with helpage india to to support the Elderly.
Sabse pehle to event ke liye haan bola and then wondered what should we do different for this Hat ke Moment.
Then decided that we do lots of Contests and Giveaways where our members win goodies, Dinners etc. How about giving them a moment to meet their Favourite chef and hence we created a post that invited Mister Tikku Members to express their love for Chef Vikas Khanna.
And Jo socha tha us’se bahut zyada pyaar aaya and each message was direct Dil Se.
It was then I felt that I can’t let these messages stay in some heartless CLOUD of Facebook. We need to get it in real and share it with the man and many others.
So we got a Collage designed with all those messages with Pics of Vikas Khanna and the Special logo created by Barbeque nation.
Got the Design Printed, Got it framed in BBQ Nation’s Orange colour.
Also we thought ki BBQ nation ke event apr jaa rahe hai and lets make it special for them too and we got Hand Embroidered Hoops from PinsAndNeedlesIndia with BBQ nation 100 Store logo.
Needless to say that when we presented the Frame to Chef Vikas Khanna his eyes got Moist and he hugged the frame and then Hugged me and then signed the frame.

The Hoops were presented to Sameer Bhasin- CEO, Mr. Kayum Dhanani- Managing Director of BBQ nation.
The Entire restaurant was beaming with Smiling people and the main reason was Food and Service that BBQ nation Excels in, Always.
As a commitment to Support the Elderly BBQ Nation presented a Cheque of Rs 27 lacs to Helpage India.
Overall it was an Evening that shall make me smile for many years to come.
