To start with let me tell the Truth, I never knew that Instant Noodles were Deep Fried.
Not that I assumed they were healthy. But Somehow Deep Fried came as a shock.
A few months back I had cooked some instant noodles for self and then got busy in some call, After a few minutes I TRIED eating it. I couldn’t. The entire noodle was now a hard block.
My mind kept rolling thinking how it could spoil my entire digestive system and that was the last day I had Instant noodles.
Now there was a Void! A Void of what to eat some times for breakfast and about those small bouts of hunger that keep erupting while you are in office or home.
Something that can be made instantly as well is Tasty and at the same time healthy too.
My Family and Friends suggested having Oats. Now being the lazy person I am, I did not act on it.
I kept thinking about this for a long time.
Thankfully that vacuum didn’t last very long, because I discovered masala oats. Oats are instant, delicious, come in an array of flavours & most importantly give me good gut health.
