A few months ago, I was invited by US Pecans to Atlanta, where I got to visit Georgia pecan farms and see the entire journey of pecans firsthand — from the farms to the table.
And one thing I realised: pecans are much more than just Pecan Pie!
Sweet ho ya savoury, salad ho ya pasta, breakfast ho ya dessert, Pecans can add that extra taste, goodness and CRUNCH!
Ab Atlanta ka experience toh kamaal tha, par US Pecans ne us experience ka ek piece India bhi laa diya!
US Pecans has collaborated with PVR INOX to bring a specially curated pecan menu to 30+ cinemas across 8+ cities in India.
Aur isi ko celebrate karne ke liye, a few of us gathered at PVR HOME, Vasant Kunj.
Wahaan Chef Mayank Bhai ne pecans ke saath apne experiments aur un dishes ko dikhaya jo unhone banaye.
Pehle some interesting small bites — mango & pecan wrapped in Serrano ham, avocado bhel, and flatbread with goat cheese, honey & pecans.
Uske baad I tried the pasta and salads, and the Goodness, crunch & nuttiness that pecans added was simply kamaal.

The evening brought together teams from PVR, USDA, SS Associates, and of course, hum sab food ke deewane!

A bowl of savoury pecans was waiting for us, along with popcorn and a cold drink.
Waise, you can grind Pecans into flour and make brownies. Use them in ice creams, coffee, granola and nut butter. You can even extract pecan oil and use it in cooking.
Aur yeh sab sirf Google pe nahi padha jee, Atlanta mein live dekha aur experience kiya!
Plus, pecans contain healthy fats, antioxidants, fibre, vitamins and minerals, so taste ke saath goodness bhi.
So after my Atlanta trip and now this experience in India, one thing is clear: it wasn’t only Spider-Man who cast his web that day; US Pecans did too, and both left us happily mesmerised.
