Varq – Taj Man Singh
Taj Man Singh Hotel, Holds a special place in my life, and in my heart.
It was here in 1988 that I had my first laccha Parantha. On the Porch of this Very Hotel, Gurleen Said yes to my Marriage proposal.
Kuch to khaas reason hai ki I keep coming back to Taj Man Singh Hotel, chahe woh Meal ke liye ho ya kisi event ke liye ya bas yuhi jab mood kare.
Par iss sunday ko jaane ka karann special tha.
It was for Sunday Brunch at VARQ, which they have very aptly called “A Work of Art”
The afternoon started with us ordering Varqu Cocktails, Swarn for her & Chenab for me.
We were warned beforehand to be ready for an afternoon that shall eventually end in the evening. Kya kare Bhai, Courses hi itne hai.
I have already relished Varq ka khaana pehle kayi baar and @rajesh_25987 Bhai and @adityams97 Bhai ke Jaadu ka andaza hai mujhe. They will ensure to add their Twist to the food while being careful ki Original taste Dilute na ho. Par end Result mein Taste enhance hi hota hai and aap khoage ek baar to bologe WOW 🙂
Menu was so extensive ki sab likhunga to IG ki 2200 characters ki limit 4 times cross ho jayegi. Par yes aadhi dishes ke darshan aapko idhar REEL mein ho hi jayenge, Baaki I shall share in Stories or write a new Detailed Post soon on FB/Blog.
Let me quickly Thank @camera.friendlyguy Bhai and @shreykey Jee. They collectively ensured we had the best time possible and har dish ke saath ki kahani aise Sunayi that we not only tasted the food par felt ki hum bhi unke saath travel kar rahe ha from the origin of the food.
Rajesh Bhai, Aditya Bhai, you are Super Stars jee and I can feel that you are changing the game with Varq ka Khaana. Best wishes to you and your team.

EK aur TIp, Bahar shayad thori Garmi ho for some time, still Bahar ka table hi le, yeh mausam baar baar nahi aata 🙂 And yes Bahar ki Pics bhi acchi aati hai 🙂
