Patties on Wheels
Dekho Patty to hum sab ne khayi hai. Bachpan aur school ki kaafi Yaadien jurri hai Patty se.
Tab bas Aloo waali patty hi hoti thi, par dheere dheere Paneer patty bhi milne lag gayi.
Mein Gwalior gaya to dekha wahaan patty ka alag hi Culture hai. Har jagah aapko rehri ya shop dikh jayegi serving varieties of patty. Kisi mein Mushroom, Kisi mein paneer Masala, Koi pizza type aur koi Achari bhi.
Par Dilli mein bas ek hi shop dekhi thi aisi.
That has changed now. Last week, we visited a Unique concept called Patties on Wheels.
They serve a variety of Patties, all prepared in front of you.
Woh aapka choice of Masala, Sauces and Mushroom/Aloo/Paneer pan mein mix karke garam akrte hai. Then woh Ek Patty ka shell lete hai and usme aapka mixture daal dete hai.
And aapki Garam-A-Garam Patty ho gayi teyarr.
Swaad bhi, Hygiene bhi Variety bhi.
Abhi they have 10 types of patties par pata chala ki CHicken bhi jaldi mil jayegi 🙂
Patty ke baad mann kare, you can have their brownies, muffins, or cream rolls.
