Meri Jhaiji last ke 2 Vrat Rakhti thi and kuch time baad she could only keep one. And kehte hai navratre ka vrat jorre mein rakha jaata hai so she used to make me fast as her Plus 1.
Navratre mein pehle toh bas ginti ki kuch cheezein banti thi. Roz same khaana possible nahi tha. Same kuttu ke aate ki roti, aloo ki subji aur dahi. Par ab zamana badal gaya hai, fast ab feast ban gaya hai ab though ingredients used as the same par Variety of dishes that one can make are endless.
Ab mein khud to bana nahi sakta so called my dear friend @anchal.tastesutra Jee to cook mere liye kuch alag sa. She was busy with some events so list de di mujhe and bola ki samaan le aana, paka mein dungi. Mujhe laga woh banayengi and mein khaunga. Par nahi she had something else in mind. She made me cook all of it. Can you believe that? Paneer cook bhi karvaya and uppar se atta bhi gundhwaya. Sach kahu, maza aaya. Very therapeutic! Uske baad bane humare Vrat ke special Paneer Tacos. Har ek bite mein maza aa gaya.
Ab mein thehra lazy aadmi uppar se someone who also seeks value. Humare ghar mein pehle bas Kissan sauce hi aati thi kyuki uske saath ek squeezy Bottle free milti thi.
