Aise hi ek experience ke liye hum Nikle with Maroof Bhai and he took us to Chanakya Laddoo. Naam mein to Ladoo hai hi aur wahaan milta bhi hai. Par now what they are known MORE for is their Mattha and their Kulfi.
Humne Pehle Taza bana hua Mattha peeya.
It was not like the Normal mathha, Kuch to special tha and kaash mein bta paata ki kya. Sacchi, Isko samjhana mere bas ki baat nahi.
Uske baad khaaya Ek Perra, Ek Burfee ka Piece aur ek Laddoo. Perra was ok ok, Ladoo was great. Par Burfee to itni barriya thi ki I went back the next day and got Ghar ke liye ek dabba pack.
Ab inki Kulfi ki baat karte hai
They make Kulfi the Traditional Way. Hand Churned will be the right way to describe it. Iss style mein mehnat zyada hai par swaad bhi. This will go in my All Time Favourite Kulfi of all time.
