Tibet comes to Hong’s Food Festival, from 12th Aug to 30th Sep.
Ab pehle yeh btata hu ki wahaan kya khaaya & kya Milega.
The Festival has 12 Dishes on the Menu and has been created by the Real Momo Queen of India Doma Wang Di.
My First Dish was Chicken Wings aka Phar-Phar Chicken. These are deep-fried Chicken Wings mixed with Mazedaar sauces aur thori si veggies. Dekhne mein shaandaar, Khaane mein Bahut mazedaar. I bet, A Chicken-Lover, will not stop at one plate.
Waise, Inki Har dish mein kaafi Veg options bhi hai. Jaise humne Khaaye Chicken Hot Pocket aka ShyaPhalay. Uska veg Version bhi hai. You should NOT miss these beauties at any cost. They look like Humari Gujiya par; this is like a Non-veg Gujiya that went to France for Styling & Tarrka 🙂
Aap jaise hi Shya Phalay ko bite karoge, you will mehsoos the Flavourful minced Chicken ka Barria sa texture aur juices. Pehle mein samajh nahi aayega ki kya khaya. Ek aur khaana paregga jee. They come with special Dips. Caution – Yeh Dip nahi, Aaag hai Janaab, FIRE 🙂
The main course has a Choice of Rice or Noodles with Minced Chicken/Soya. Means har Chawal ke daane par aur har Noodle ki String par you will have Minced Maal jo bite kar ke aap bologe, Kamaal Kamaal Kamaal 🙂
