Ab yeh to pata hi hai aapko ki I Love my Non-Veg. Yes, Meri kaafi meals Ghar ke bahar hoti hai because of my Work. Par kaafi Home Cooked bhi hoti hai and unme Veg bhi hoti hai & Non-Veg bhi. When I have friends over, apart from the Khaana, lots of “Heat & Eat snacks” are ordered, too.

Recipe –
In 1 Cup Water, Add Ginger-Garlic-Green Chilli Paste 2 TSP Each & Salt 1 TSP
Chicken thigh 450 Grams (cut into big pieces as they will shrink while cooking)
Boil for 7-8 mins till dry.
For the marination –
Curd 2 tsp
Malai 2 tbsp
Salt, if required, Pepper 1 tsp, Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Add Chicken to the mixture, coat well & marinate it for 1 hour.
Add chicken to the skewer and roast till charred.
