Chile Ki Blueberries

Blueberry Cheese Cake se Blueberry farm tak ki kahani

Jee yes, my introduction to Blueberries was through Blueberry cheesecake. Shayad aapka bhi same ho.

Par then it kept widening and then Blueberry smoothies bhi aa gayi, As a Greek Yoghurt Topping bhi aa gayi, Juice bhi aa gaya, Pancake toppings mein bhi and ab to I keep popping it like this only, and the Magic is Real.

Blueberries are considered a “superfood”: they’re packed with antioxidants, high in Vitamin C, naturally fat-free, and low in calories (around 42/cup).

Thora aur dhyan diya to pata chala ki Chile is the highest producer of Blueberries, and humare yahaan India mein bhi Chilean Blueberries milti hai.
Woh bhi tab jab Indian blueberries ka season kahtam ho jaata hai idhar.

You would know ki hum Northern hemisphere mein hai and Chile is in the Southern Hemisphere, so jab apna season khatam hota hai to unka shuru.

Thore din pehle I was in Chile, and we visited blueberry farms as well as the Processing centre.

Dekha ki how Acres and acres of Blueberry Plantations are taken care of and how they all are Hand-picked and processed through highly advanced machines so that only the Best Blueberries reach the tables across the world.

Aap bhi India mein Chile ki Blueberries kha sakte hai.

Bas, get it from your nearest fruit or Grocery Store, or order from e-commerce or Quick Commerce Sites. Bas saath mein “Chilean Blueberries” ka sign dekh lena.

Agle hafte kuch aur shaandaar, jaandaar NUT ki kahani dikhayenge 🙂
