“Biryani is one Dish I can eat every day for the rest of my life”
Biryani is that Dish ki naam sunte hi uski khushbu aa jaati hai.
Biryani ek dish nahi hai, Sukoon ka Strot (Source) hai.
Apart from my Family, nothing gives me more sukoon than digging my hands in a Plate full of Gosht Biryani with some Pyaaz-Chutney on the side, Ek-Ek Bite khaate raho Sukoon se, Bina baat kiye aur beech mein ThumsUp ke Sip maarte raho. Agar kabhi aapne aisa nahi kiya,

Chalo meri paagalpanti se bahar nikalte hai aur aaj Biryani ki baat kyu ho rahi hai woh btate hai.
Log kehte hai ki Biryani mein Meat ka Role main hota hai, par Kal @virsanghvi Sir ne btaya ki it’s the RICE that matters the most. And woh Chawal hona chahiye Long Grain, Aged Basmati Rice.
And aisa Chawal “Daawat Rice” Banate hai best, Since 1980’s.
Yeh mein sirf Parrkar ya sunkar nahi bol raha, Yeh mere kal ke experience ka result hai from 6 Alag-Alag Biryani humne kal khaayi, All made from Daawat ke Biryani Rice.
The event was held at @sheraton_newdelhi , Delhi. 5 Chefs were picked to display their Biryani Skills. All were given 90 Minutes to create their version.
Judges for the “Biryani Champions League” were Vir Sanghvi Sir, Chef Manjit Gill Sir & Chef Vanshika Bhatia jee 🙂
Bas within 45 Mins of the process, poora Hall Biryani se mehekna shuru ho gaya.
Jab Biryani teyarr hui aur ek-ek karke saare Participant Chefs apni Biryani Judges ke table par lekar gaye and taste karvayi. Uske baad we guests also got a chance to taste the same.
Sab hi bahut shaandaar thi. My Vote for WINNER was number 4.
Ab intezaar tha judges ke result ka.
Finally, the winner was Chef Lakkhan Singh Bhai from Market Place, MKT The Chanakya. Wohi 4 Number 🙂
And kal pehli baar Biryani khaate hue Chawal par bhi dhyaan diya.
