Jee Yes, Amritsar mein Telephone Exchange ke saath hai Pyarelal Paneer Purji waale. Yes they spell it Purji not Bhurjee 😊

Watching the Paneer Purjee in front of you is a delight.

Dher saare Makkhan mein Tamatar, Haree Mirch, Adrak, Masale ko Bhuna jaata hai and then Special Masala Gravy ke saath Paneer ko haath se Bhorkar daala jaata hai.

And jab pak jaaye then usme thora Dhoodh add karke aur pakate hai

What you get is a Mazedaar, Shandaar, Lazeez Paneer Purjee served with tave par seki hui Makhan waali Bread.
