One place that I have loved visiting Time and again is Farzi Cafe.
Each Experience is a great one and I can see each experience is better than the one before.
Last week I got an Opportunity to be there again. We had to meet for some Gupshup and Pawan Soni Sir suggested Farzi Cafe Cyber Hub. Bas ab Farzi ka naam sunte hi you feel the thandi hawa ka jhaunka and you don’t have to say yes, Yes apne aap nikal jaata hai.
So, here we were on a friday afternoon sitting at Farzi Cafe, Cyber Hub.
Ab Cyber hub ke baare mein mera yeh kehna hai ki “Kuch khushnuma andaaz hai uss jagah ka ki it pulls you back and then does not let you go” 
Ab this is the first Farzi Cafe that opened. Sach kahu, Mujh Nalayak ko BISTRO word ka pehla matlab iske bahar kharre hokar @Varun Duggal Bhai ne hi samjhaya.
We were there at “Made in Punjab” and he told me yeh saath waali jagah bhi le li hai. And then I asked him about the concept and he told me this shall be a “Bistro”.
And when I asked him woh kya hota hai to he replied it’s a “Unique Cafe Concept”
Dictionary meaning is “a small restaurant, serving moderately priced simple meals in a modest setting. Bistros are defined mostly by the foods they serve.”
Uske Baad been to Cyber Hub wala, CP wala, Jaipur Wala and Dubai Wala too. Best part is that the food is similar (read Awesome) har jagah and each one has its own feel that makes you feel special.
Accha ab beh gaya to beh hi jaunga. Back to the moment.
So we, Pawan Soni Sir, Supriya jee, Ambika Jee and Vickrham Bhai were seated and gappe shuru hi ki thi ki we had Prawns and Salad on our table. I reached a bit late and the order was already placed with help from Chef Tanvi jee.
Then followed Thandi thandi Raj kachori chaat, Falafel Served like a Pizza and Prawns with Chilli Lemon Foam.
I always say, kisi acchi jagah par chale jaao to kuch bhi mangwa lo bina soche and it shall turn out to be good. So yahaa bhi aisa hi tha. We Experimented with a few dishes and all were great.
In the Main course we ordered a Few indian Dishes and best part is that they serve them with Indian Breads like Dhaniye Kulcha, Mirchi waala Naan, Malabar Parotta etc. Feel aa jaati hai.
Ab Farzi aao and desserts na khao yeh possible nahi.
Their Version of Rasmalai is great. Even though I’m not a fan of Gulkand or Gulab ki pati in my food.
Somehow for me the earlier version of Rasmalai they served at Made in Punjab 3 years back is still my favourite.
Uske baad aaya number Chocolate Dust ka… Bhai, Kamaal kar diya. I was thinking ki agli baar khaali pait aaunga and shall have only this dessert.
As I said pehle, Each experience at Farzi is better than the other and this one proved to be the same. :
