NEWSLETTER

Yes, as Kids we shied away from Bathing.

Pata nahi kyu?

Was it the thanda Paani? Was it because we didn’t see its benefits? Was it because it looked like a chore?

Par yes, jaise jaise mein Senior Classes mein aaya, Bathing became a Daily Chore, Just the way it should be.

Par over the last 2 Decades, I have realised that nahana is not just good for the body, it’s good for the soul too.

Some of you who have been with me for the last 10 years would know ki ek phase tha meri life mein jab for 6 Days my Bathroom became my Classroom.

I still feel goosebumps thinking about that phase.

Each of those 6 Days, something in my bathroom talked to me. Yes, not just a Whisper, not just a Thought, it was a Real Conversation.

Chahe woh Towel ke Saath ho ya Chappal ke Saath, Chahe woh Geyser ke saath ho ya Sabun ke saath.

And each one of them gave me a Life lesson.

If you are interested in reading it, then here is the Link.

For a week, my Bathroom became my Classroom

Aaj bhi subah uthte hi first thing I do is go to the toilet. Switch on my Geyser, sit on my Toilet Seat, do my ablutions and spend more time on it than I should, while scrolling on my phone, totally unmindful of the real world.

Yes, some would say this is a Therapy too. I would have agreed, Shitting is a Therapy till the time you dont have a phone in your hand. Go empty-handed, it will be a therapy. Go with a Book or a Newspaper, Its a Therapy, Par phone aapko mindful nahi rehne deta.

Phone ke saath bathroom jaoge toh time waste hoga. Khud ke saath jaoge toh life change hogi.”

Sach Sach batao, When you think of your best Bathing Experience, it reminds you of some Hotel Bathroom.

Jahaan Tez paani aa rha hai, Shower se naha rahe ho, Thora Luxury Mahaul ho.

Par yes ek acche THERAPY wali Bathing ke liye you dont require a Shower, You can do that with Balti-Mug Too, you dont require Marble Walls, you can do it with simple White Titled Walls too, you dont require a Loofah and Fancy Liquid Soap, using a normal Lifebuoy, Cinthol ya Lux ka Sabun would give you the same feeling, same Khushi.

Believe me, Meri Zindagi ki kaafi problems ke Solutions mujhe Nahate hue Mile hai. Chahe woh personal issues ho ya Professional.

Bas step into the bathroom, with a Smile on your lips, probably with a Thought in mind that is bothering you or a Thought/memory that has made you happy earlier, and I promise you will step out with a wider Smile on your lips, a hop in your step and of course a Clean body

Ek aur Guru Mantra Du. Kabhi nahate hue Sochte hue if your mind wanders and takes you to puraani yaad/seekh or into an imaginary world, then bahar aate hi write about it. You will be amazed at how easy words will flow and how beautiful the outcome will be.

I have done it many times, Im doing it right now

One of my Best writing post a bathing session has been

“The Gift of Lessons that my Gifting Company taught me”

And this CHANGED my Life.

Bathroom sirf tiles aur tap ka naam nahi hai.
Yeh ek private stage hai jahan aap aur aapke thoughts milte hain.
Agli baar nahaane jao, sirf saaf hone ke liye mat jao.
Thoda evolve hoke bahar aao
