Read Medhavi Rajpal’s experience on Kids Blogging Workshop at Cafe Delhi Heights

A few days back we conducted the first ever Food Blogging workshop for kids”. And one of the 10 participants was a Young Girl Medhavi Rajpal.

Just received Medhavi jee’s Blog and what a wonderful read it is.

Every word is well sued… Every thought has been conveyed so well and the flow of words is amazing too. I’m sure she would be writing more often and delight us with her Blogs.

Best Wishes Medhavi And Thanks for being part of our Workshop. We were glad to have you with us :-) – Gurpreet Singh Tikku

I had the most kick ass first Sunday of my summer vacations and I owe this to Gurpreet Uncle who organized first food blogging event for Kids, I always use to wonder why my sister used to click a picture before eating and now I have all my answers. It all started with an introduction, Gurpreet uncle made us comfortable. We all were gathered in Café Delhi Heights near RK Puram Sector-9, Sangam Courtyard.

Cafe 1

Cafe Delhi Heights was a very nice comfy café with some interiors those lights, perfect sitting arrangement, lovely cushions and the bar was huge and quite nice, totally loved the bottle setup.

Cafe 2

The Blogging event started with all of us being friends from acquaintances and an oreo milkshake which was too sweet as per my taste but I think that other people would like it, immediately before hogging over it tikku uncle taught us a little how to click pictures and why, which was to make sure that we remember each and everything for a memorable experience.

Cafe 3

After a while we were served with an exotic pizza which was baked with different sauces, chicken toppings, onions and oregano. Every bite was full of Cheese in short, it was heavenly and outstanding. After that we were asked to write some points on pizza, we all did very well.

Cafe 4

After some gupshup we were served with garlic butter, garlic sticks and baby buns, nice and light. We even got to know how to focus on food, story and to click pictures in natural light which turned my pictures even more beautiful.

Cafe 5

The moment I realized baked pasta was the next dish I couldn’t resist but we waited till everybody clicked it. It was full of chicken and cheese. The major task was to click a picture of pasta using a prop, I had chosen ‘menu’ just to make sure the people get to know the place easily.

Cafe 6

We even had chicken sticks, the presentation was amazing despite of being fried they tasted so well.

Cafe 7
We were already informed about the desserts which were going to be served, out of mango pastry, blueberry cheesecake and brownie I fell in love with the brownie one.

Cafe 8

Entire event was followed by gift distribution by “Dineout.co.in” in which I was appreciated by Gunjan di for having the best blog name, we clicked loads of group photographs and indeed it was great to meet all the participants.

Cafe 9
I thank everybody who was present there to help us grow better and a big thanks to Gurpreet Uncle the “mastermind”.
Last but not the least would like to thank my sisters to accompany me for the event and the elder one for taking me there.
