“RICE above the REST”
Naam bhi barriya hai and yeh Festival bhi. EK cheez aur barriya hai woh jagah jahaan yeh Special Food Festival ho rha hai, At @cafedelhiheights
Ab naam se pata chal hi gaya hoga ki its a RICE festival, jahaan alag alag desho aur Pradesho ki Rice Dishes ko showcase kiya gaya hai.
Chahe woh the very obvious Andhra ki “Hyderabadi Biryani” ho ya phir, Tamil Nadu ka “Pongal”. Chahe woh Kashmir ka “Yakhni Pulao” ho ya phir, West bengal ki “Khichudi”, Chahe woh Karnataka ka “Bisi bele Bath” ho ya phir, hum sabke ghar mein ban’ne wala Comfort food, Curd Rice. yehi nahi Italy ka “Risotto” bhi hai aur Spain ka “Paella” bhi.
I tried most of them and totally loved the Flavourful Paella, The Curd Rice and Tehri.
Thankfully the festival is ON till 5th Feb, so phir jaldi mauka lagega to relish “RICE ABOVE THE REST” Food Festival at Cafe Delhi Heights.
