Diwali waale Perre
Diwali ka time aa gaya hai.
Ab Hum sabko pata hai Diwali aur mithaiyaan BFFs ki tarah hain! Dono ka naam saath mein he nikalta hai.
Ab festive season hai toh har taraf se mithaiyon ki khushboo aa rahi hai aur dil ko lalcha rahi hai.
Waise toh main mithai khane mein ekdum champion hoon aur banane mein ekdum yeda, par @anchal.tastesutra ji ki mahaan kripa se ab main maine banaya Perra.
Is baar humne milke banaye ekdum asaan aur simple recipe se Kesari Perre!
Aur yeh toh main keh sakta hoon ki khaane mein mazaa alag hi hai jab khud banaya ho. Toh iss Diwali, mithai khao toh pakka, lekin thodi si khud bhi banaao.
Recipe:
1. Add Bazar se laya hua Khoya in a Kadai
2. Cook the Khoya at medium to low flame
3. Grind some elaichi to make a fine powder
4. Add kesar, elaichi powder & powdered sugar to the khoya
5. Bind everything together
6. Make beautiful perras
7. Garnish with pista & kesar and serve
