Tikku ji and his mother’s pinniyan
When we decided to re-do the winter series, we already had one recipe in mind; Pinni and this time we wanted to make them with someone who has grown up eating it, who can bring forth this staple wrapped with their childhood memories and stories; and who could be more fitting for it than @mistertikku!
He readily agreed to be a part of the series and brought his mom on board too! We made pinnis and heard stories from both of their childhood.
Sweet, warm and extremely welcoming tikku ji is exactly how he shows himself on screen. A doting family man, tikku ji is best at eating and better at hosting!
