Inki Bhatti bhi bahut Purani hai and you will get the same smoky flavour jo barso pehle bakeries mein milta tha. Dilli mein to ab Wood Fired and Coal Fired Bhatti/Tandoors are not allowed hence woh flavour nahi aata.
Bahut pyaar se yeh Bun ka dough banate hai, uske andar bhi cherry daalte hai, Then uske uppar makkhan ki layer, uske uppar aur cherries aur uske uppar thori cheeni jo swaad bhi deti hai, Crunch bhi.
Located in Katra Hari Singh, Near Jangi Shivala this bakery is run by a 70-year-old Gentleman and his 2 Sons. Inme se aapko koi na koi humesha dukaan par milega. Kabhi Bun par makkhan laga rahe honge ya kabhi cutomer ke liye Patty, pastry pack kar rahe honge 🙂
