Mister Tikku Award 😊
20th October is World Chef Day and this time I celebrated it at Indian School Of Hospitality.
Mein iss din yahaan hounga this was decided 6 months back when I was invited at ISH as a Jury.
Loved the place, Students ki Energy, Teachers ki Dedication, Campus ki Khoobsurti and waah ki Vibe 😊
Usi din I decided and conveyed to Dean Zubin Sir that we want to felicitate Students with an Annual Mister Tikku Award.
This would include a Certificate and a Cash Prize.
So bas Pahuch Gaye wahaan
Jaate hi Humara Swagat hua, Dost mile, Jhappiyaan Paayi and then kuch karne ke baad Students ki banayi Hui Tiramisu khaayi 😊
Thori masti karne ke baad hum pahunch gaye for the main event.
And wahaan Dean Zubin Sir ne ISH ki taraf se Bahut Pyaar diya in the form of Certificate, Bouquet of Flowers. Par tab to mein Pighal hi gaya when I got to know that the Students have created a a Special Naan Khatai and dedicated the Naan Khatai to me and added it in their Recipe Booklet ❤️ and will now be part of their Syllabus.
Aage se it will be one Awardee par this time it were 5 of them and I gpt an opportunity to meet them, Greet them and hand over the award 😊
Each one of them is an enterprising student and apart from studying also run a Food Related Business.

Hiya Mittal jee &
Nishtha Pal jee
This will be an annual award, and I can’t Thank “Indian School of Hospitality” enough for this opportunity.
Oh yes, Mujhe trophy bhi mili aur ghar jaate hue Salted Caramel Chocolates FOR Mister Tikku bhi 😊
