Independence Day Special 🇮🇳
Jab Baat India ke khaane ki ho then you cant justify any one region or State to be best. Sabka khaana alag hai aur bahut kamaal hai. Sabki apni bareekiyaan hai, sabka apna ek flavour hai aur sabka alag hi Dhangg hai, sabka alag hi rang hai.
Jab humne socha ki Independence Day par ek alag Video banate hai, to Socha let’s go to a place with it all. Maximum States ka Khaana ek jagah and Pick 4 States Randomly. One Each from East, West, North & South & unki ek Dish try karte hai.
So hum pehle gaye Kashmir Food Stall, Wazwan and wahaan khayi woh dish jiske bagair Kashmiri Meal adhoori hai. Gushtaba. Rice ke saath khaaye and maza aaya. The very masaldaar Pyaaz humari poori meal ko next level le gaya.
Then we went to Nagaland. Waha, We ordered a Plate of Steamed Chicken Momos, Noodles and Fruit Beer. Allow me to admit ki this was the best Meal of the day. And inki Laal Chutney ne mujhe rula diya. Ek baar isliye ki Mirchi thi, doosra isliye ki baaki jagah par Momos khaate hue I had forgotten ki original taste of Momos and uski Chutney hoti kaise hai. This is DAMN Good.
Then we went to Tamil Nadu Stall and ordered a Ghee Masala Dosa. Waise they serve it in alag shape, Humne masti karte hue request kiya to give it in Jhhopri Shape, and he obliged. 100/100 Marks for the Quality & taste.
Ab hum gaye Maharashtra Stall par and had a Aam Ras-Puri along with Subzi. This was good too. I have never had Aamras in Maharashtra, so I wonder how GOOD the real maal is. Par, this was decent.
Ab socha ki Uttar-Dakshin-Purab-Pashchim ho gaya. Chalo ab ek Dessert khaayi jaaye and we landed at Bihar Stall and had the most amazing Bowl of Makhana Kheer. Swaad bhi barriya, Quantity bhi.
Rates kaafi Reasonable hai. Dilli Haat ki Entry is Rs. 30 Per person. Aap Dopahar mein bhi jaoge to EAT then its good as andar kaafi Covered hai and Greenery takes the temperature down by 2-3 Degrees.
