January mein Times Hospitality Awards mein I met Manu Chadha Bhai,
He was there to collect the award for his Pan Asian Restaurant named AZULA.
That Night AZULA was awarded Times Hospitality Icons Award for the Best Pan Asian Restaurant. 2022.
Ab hum mile, Jhappi paayi and was good to meet him. Manu Bhai ne Bola kabhi aao, humare yahaan bhi khaao.
Vaada kiya ki Jaldi aayenge, Khayenge aur gappe bhi larrayenge.
Socha tha ki woh vaada jaldi poora karenge par then ab jaakar poora hua in July.
Kabhi Bhai Travel kar rahe the to kabhi I was travelling.
Ek Din Me and Gurleen reached New Friends Colony ki Market to Visit Azula.
Araam se gaadi park ki and door se Azula ka board chamak rha tha. Aas paas Dher Saare Plants lage the making the Place a happier one. Pata chal gaya ki yahaan Detailing ka Khaas dhyaan rakha jaata hai, Chahe woh Khaana ho ya Service, Chahe woh Decor ho ya Music 🙂
Ab baat shuru karte hai khaane ki,
Sabse Pehle Shuruaat ki with the highly recommended Spinach Gomae Salad with Burrata. Matlab, yes, Mai veg kam khaata hu par ek bite mei samajh gya ki. Why is it so highly recommended 🙂next time bhi order karenge isko.
Then came the baari of Prawn Hargao Dimsums & Chicken Shumai. Agar aage kuch aur na order karna hota to mein bas yehi khaata rehta, Perfect the 🙂
Surprise Element was Char Siu Ribs.
I sacrificed eating by Fork and Knife and seedha haatho se uthakar Khaana shuru kar diya. In the end, the Bone was wiped clean, and so were my fingers 🙂
Abhi bas khatam kar ke baithe hi the ki door se ek BOAT aa gayi, Nahi not a paani waali boat but a SUSHI BOAT with three kinds of Sushi.
Sushi Crunch Salmon, Ebi tempura Sushi, Samurai Sushi. Somehow now I have a Special Love for Sushi with Crunch. I loved the way the Crunch plays along with the Soft Sushi ka texture 🙂
Main Course mein We had Chongqing Chilli Chicken, Burnt Garlic Egg Fried Rice with Prawns, Smoky Wok Tossed Hakka Noodles along with Kung Pao Chicken. Sacchi mein they were the best I have ever had.
Already planning my Next trip to Azula.
Manu Bhai and Nisha jee has surely Built a Place jahaan Khaane ka Cocktails ka, Music ka, Decor ka Perfect Sangam hai.
