It does not happen every day that you enter a restaurant and are treated to a meal created by the Master of that Cuisine.
Aisa hua iss Saturday when I visited the Restaurant Yi Jing in ITC Sheraton Hotel. The beautiful Restaurant has tons of Natural light, An Island Kitchen in the centre where you can see your Food being prepared, a Bar where an array of drinks are prepared for the diners and that touch of Red everywhere makes you feel charged up for the Upcoming Experience.

Aage ki kahani sunata hu. This is kahani of an Exemplary meal created by Chef Liang from ITC Maratha Mumbai. Par nahi You don’t need to go to Mumbai to experience the Jaadu of Chef Liang.
Chef Liang has spent 30 years perfecting the Cuisine and can be truly called the MASTER CHEF. Unki Chehre Ki halki Jhurriyan bata deti hai about his Cooking experience and his smile tells us ki yeh Muskurate hue Dil se banate hai aur shayad yeh bhi ek reason hai that inke haath ka bana khaana khakar aapko sukoon aa jaata hai.

*Chonqing Style Pepper Chicken
*Mixed Seafood Egg Drop Soup
*Spice Chonqing Noodles with Mushrooms. Khaane mein to kamaal hai hi & it’s prepared live on your table. The entire process adds more story and taste to your meal.
*Sichuan Double Fried Pork
*Shredded Chicken in Sichuan Red Garlic Sauce
*Dessert mein Sticky Fig & Date Toffee Pudding.
And yes they have a vast menu in VEG too.
Chef Liang is ably assisted by the resident Chef Deepak Pujara and unko milkar bhi maza aa gaya.
