Aaj ka lunch kuch alag tha.
It was at Rare Eastern Dining, short mein RED!
This restaurant has been in existence and serving its patrons for the past 15 years in Radisson Blu Sector 18, NOIDA.

Naam mein hi RED tha to maine socha mein apna RED aaj thoda tone down kar deta hu and wore a gaajri-colour ki pagdi instead and teamed it up with a plain T-shirt.
Ab I have eaten at this hotel multiple times and it has always been a great experience. In fact, I have stayed here too and even the stay was a luxurious one in all senses.
Aaj ka lunch was connected to their ongoing Bento Box Festival which has options of Veg, Non-Veg and Seafood Bento Box. I tried their Seafood variant.

After placing the order, I was served the Box in no time and to my delight, it was what I was looking forward to! Loved the contents and the preparation which had Spiced Tuna Uramaki, Scallop Tempura, Miso Soup, Garlic Prawns and Salmon Teriyaki served with Japanese fried rice.
Unka apna standalone taste hi itna accha tha ki I skipped the other accompaniments like Soya Sauce, Gari Wasabi, Takwan (pickled radish)

Best part yeh ki itna khaane ke baad bhi I did not feel drowsy. Chef Ritesh Negi Bhai explained that this is because it’s a Balanced Meal and normally too Japanese meals are lighter on the tummy.
And yes, Green Tea follows all of their meals. I strongly reccomend RED par khana. Bento Box Festival par jaa paao to great, varna kabhi normally zaroor chale jaana.
